Solution: Reflect the scale of the deep state's reach by flooding all media with messages. Visually play on the idea of fact and fiction and a lack of control, obscuring images from the viewers, contrasting with others, all whilst presenting a disjointed notion of "the truth".
Delivery: Phased, integrated "invasive" campaign over many months to build tension towards final TX date. Heavy on-air cross channel campaign, supported by unified ATL campaign.
